I’m not going to guide you about, when to wake up, how much to sleep, We’re all going through different situations in life. So it is useless to put everyone on the same boat.
Here, I will guide you principles that will allow everyone to build his Morning routine, but before that, you need to know why is it important to have a Good MORNING ROUTINE.
- The way you start your day defines your mood for the rest of the day.
- It is essentially certain actions you perform in the morning before starting your day.
- It may be as small as brushing your teeth, drinking a glass of water, etc.
How to Build a Morning Routine?
- List down all the things you want to do daily.
- Order them according to your priority.
- Note them down/on a calendar.
- Be consistent.
Exercise doesn’t mean going to the gym and working out for 1-2 hours, it is not just about the workout but also about mental health.
The least you can do is going for a 30minutes walk or play with your pets/kids. It will not only help you to Stay fit – Stay healthy but also make you mentally healthy.
- Meditate in the morning to stay focused for the day.
