Here, I will guide you principles that will allow everyone to build a Healthy Morning routine, but before that, you need to know why it is important to have a Good MORNING ROUTINE.

There are many kinds of research showing that “A Human brain tissue is made of 65-70% of water”, it simply shows how important water is to our body.

First things first, here exercise doesn’t mean going to the gym every day and doing workout for hours. It means getting your body active.

It may be:

Have a solid grooming routine, a great way to stay motivated and to wake up motivated is to set up all of your products ready night before, so that when you wake up you’re all set up and ready to apply and get ready for the day, in addition to that it helps to make sure that you never go out of stock, If you get out of products that will distract you and can ruin your day.

Applying sun scream is essential to keep the body protected from the sun’s harmful UV rays, if not protected it leads to skin diseases and at last to skin cancer. Especially In summer always apply sunscreen to your body, use at least SPF 15.

The main reason why our face gets old and wrinkly is because of the damaging side effects of sun, a lot of young guys don’t care about how they look, they think it’s not going to affect, but once you cross 30 you will see the results. So put in your skincare routine into action a.s.a.p.

This is something that I have been doing to since a long time, which is making a smoothie.

  • It is very easy to make.
  • Filled with antioxidants, fiber, protein and easy to digest.
  • Don’t try to change your diet, lifestyle, and schedule completely overnight. That’s not practical and is completely overwhelming.
    Once you’ve done that for a few weeks, introduce another small change.

So now all I do is mix oats, banana, milk, and peanut butter in a mixture for 2 minutes and boom it’s ready your healthy breakfast is ready. Comment down if you want an article on a smoothie.

I like to do this the night before, it works for me however you can go with anything that you are comfortable with, setting up goals makes your day even easier, even setting simple goals is great too, you don’t have to set huge goals all the time, there will be days when you will be  feeling like doing nothing, so just remember “you are not what you feel you are what you decide”.

How to Stick To Morning Routine

  • Don’t try to change your diet, lifestyle, and schedule completely overnight. That’s not practical and is completely overwhelming.
  • Once you’ve done that for a few weeks, introduce another small change.
  •  Start by both going to bed and waking up 15 minutes earlier than usual. Once you adjust to this new pattern (it’ll probably take three to four days — the exact amount of time varies by person), Do this until you wake up at your time.
